Privacy policy
Dhyaris Foundation ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what personal information we collect on the site, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, organisation, email address, mobile number and message. We use these details only to reply to you.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These logs record the IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use them only to keep the site secure and to fix problems.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to answer your query, to discuss a partnership or a program, and to send you information that you asked for. We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Cookies and third-party services
We do not set cookies on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the "Get directions" links open Google Maps. Google may record your IP address when these services load. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
Students and program records
When you join one of our training programs, we collect the information needed to enrol you, to run the program and to report to the donor that funds it. We share only the data that the donor and the monitoring partner need. We keep these records for as long as the law and our donor agreements require.
How we protect your information
Only staff who need the information to do their work can see it. We store it on password-protected systems. No system is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to admin@dhyarisfoundation.org and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
